Kincaid Projects needed a cost-effective sustainability strategy for a two-tower, 146-apartment mixed-use development. The strategy had to secure planning approval and then hold true through construction.
Makao prepared the Sustainability Management Plan and the water-sensitive urban design (WSUD) strategy for planning. We then carried out ESD verification so the commitments made at approval were reflected in what was built.
Cultivate was completed in 2024 with commercial space at ground level and 146 homes across two towers. Kincaid Projects is a return client.
