ESD consulting for a seven-level office and showroom building in Cremorne by Pandolfini Architects, completed in 2022.
The building sits on a narrow lot in Cremorne's dense, industrial streetscape. Seven levels of flexible, light-filled workspace had to be delivered with strong east–west exposure.
Makao provided ESD consulting to Pandolfini Architects, the project's architect and our client.
